What is TrainF&I?

TrainF&I's mission is to provide our dealer clients with quality products and services that will maximize front and back end profits, increase CSI scores, and educate employees about compliance and disclosure issues. The WebF&I TrainF&I Program provides online instruction for the beginning to advanced F&I manager. Unlike other web based training programs, WebF&I uses extensive video, audio and graphics programs to provide maximum effectiveness and comprehension of the training material. You and your manager will receive instant feedback on certification results for each training module.

How does it work?

The TrainF&I CBT (Computer Based Training) is much more than a straight forward online education program...
In a nutshell, here's how it works:

A dealer or owner signs up for the TrainF&I CBT program, and receives a Company Code and an Administer User Name and Password. The Company Code is then given to the F&I managers with directions on how to login. While your employees are busy going through the CBT and taking the tests, the dealership owner, manager, or other Administrator can login to the TrainF&I Admin site where they can remove existing employee accounts, review their employees test results, and even go through the CBT themselves. When logged in, the The screens are displayed in a way similar to the sample below:

Question: So how do I use it?

Answer: It's easy. Simply click on the "Purchase Training Program" button or click HERE. You will then enter information about your company such as, address, phone number, etc. You will also need to enter a desired username and password as well as a valid email address. This email address will be used to send you important information including receipts of purchase and access codes for your employees. You can then use your user name and password to access Administration functions on the CBT. (Computer Based Training)
